My original painting is the basis for this pattern.

This counted needlework pattern features portions that work up quickly. There is nothing like the feeling of accomplishment. The border is a lace design, easy to count and fast to stitch using Back Stitches over two Aida squares or four even-weave threads. The sky is worked in Basket Weave (Tent Stitch, Petit Point). Cross Stitch is used for foreground.
